初日記はちょっと遅くかいてるでしょ。。。
でも、最近、もっともう書く練習した方がいいと思っているから、日記を始める。
今日もから揚げを買った。だいたい、弁当を買ったら、いつもから揚げだ。健康ために、ちょう悪いけど、大好きだ。もうすぐ、生活習慣病になるかも。。。
とにかく、今日、＠マーケットに行った。新しいCDが欲しかったけど。。。いいCDがなかった。それから。。。ミラクル・タイプDVDを買った！ 嬉しいいいいいいい〜！（笑）じゃ。。。お宅でしょ。。。 （笑） でも、誰かによって、俺が めがねはずすとイケメン”だ。でも、はじめよんだとき、”イケメンはなんって？？？？”と思った。まだ、日本語がへたから、意味を分からなかった。（笑）でも、今分かたよ。そして、反対よ。俺はいつもイケメンだ。でしょ？ だろう？ かな？ かも〜？ ない？（笑）
最後の話題
最近、俺はアメリカで住んだ友達から、いいプレゼントをもらった。ども〜〜！プレゼントって、Mad Hot Ballroomという映画と
Arrested Developmentというテレビ番組のDVDだ。いい感じだ。いいともだちだ。

so i had a good time up in lawrence, i think i'll be back early september but only for like 3 days max. i still have a lot to do before i leave the country.
i started working on my practise test and that thing sucks. i hate tests. oh well, in the long run it doesn't matter. i'm still going to get to go to japan. and i'm like half done with it.
oh yeah, i go under the knife in 4 days. wish me luck.

i fucking love my laptop. this is like the greatest thing ever. i love being in my living room just surfing the net with one of the cats sleeping next to me on the couch. plus i got my itunes and everything i need. i love you apple.
i've been having a great week, i'm reading, watching monk, and surfing the net. plus i've gotten to see some of my good friends. its nice, but i still can't wait to go to japan.

so i was really sick, and still am a little sick. i don't update and thats not right. i'm going to return to columbia this weekend, if i'm not sick lets hang out.

this is the first entry that is typed on my laptop. my laptop arrived like minutes after i went to my sisters house to help her move in. now that i'm finally home i am working at switching over to my new computer. macs are really different and i've hardly figured anything out. last night it took around and hour to find out how to network my computer to my laptop. turns out all i had to do was turn of my pcs firewall.
then i took like 10 hours to transfer over my music. i haven't transfered any other files yet, but i don't think i have that many to send. most stuff doesn't need to be on this laptop. i think i'll just email myself the important things, like a couple of documents and my bookmarks from firefox.
i dislike not having a mouse but i plan on buying one before i leave for japan. i figure since this is my main computer now its going to be on a desk a lot so a mouse won't be a hassle.
right now i am transfering my music from my mac to my ipod to free space. i only have a 60 gig harddrive and when i looked at it before the music it was already down to 42 gigs of free space. but no worries, my ipod is like a 20 gig external harddrive. speaking of which i might by an external harddrive to house things like movies, games, and what not.
anyway i'm off to finish transfering.

i just bought my new ibook. i've been waiting for this day since christmas. now i just have to wait like eight to nine business days and i'll have it at my door.
i also am finally getting an ipod so i don't have to put up with the shitty radio when i drive on the highway.
in other news my friend from japan will be coming to visit my hometown. i haven't seen her in seven years. i'm really looking forward to seeing her. i hope that i can go visit her up in hokkaido when i am in japan.

03:10 am - introduction
so i guess this is a pretty lame name and stuff. and i guess i just got this to comment on friends sites. i'll update this more than the last one i had but they will mostly be the same as the ones i put on xanga. anyway for people that don't know me my name is brendan hubbs, and i'm a japanese major at the university of kansas.
